This is my personal review on Living by God’s Promises by Joel R. Beeke and James A. La Belle audiobook, as part of christianaudio reviewer program.
After we were saved by God’s grace, we continued on living and walking in faith while going to a whole process of sanctification. Often we stumbled along the way and was left wondering why and sometimes we came to a point of giving up. In the Living by God’s Promises audiobook, the promises of God are thoroughly explained and studied, to strengthen your faith as a Christian.
This is my personal review on Found: God’s Will by John MacArthur audiobook, as part of christianaudio reviewer program.
Many Christians including myself, often prays and wonders what God’s will is in some parts of my life. We often struggle to know what He wants for us or where He wants us to go or what He wants us to do. Questions such as:
- Which job should I take?
- Whom should I be with?
- Should I stay here or should I go somewhere else?
- Many more (if you never ask these questions ever in your life, then you should ask yourself whether you are a true Christian or just simply doing whatever you want in life!)
The close you are to God, the more you know the answers to these things. But what if God feels silent? What should you do? I was hoping to find easy answers to these questions when I first played this audiobook. I was surprised.
This is my personal review on Outlive Your Life by Max Lucado audiobook, as part of christianaudio reviewer program.
Outlive your life is aimed for Christians who want to do more in life for God, who are wondering what does it take to be Christians. Most of the parts of the book focus towards loving the needy ones, which most Christians lack of. We study and study about the Word of God yet we forget the basic foundation of all, love. Have we noticed the poor on our streets? Are we doing something about it? Or, who is your Saul in life? (someone who has a tough background, repented, and needed your love?)
This is my personal review on the Transformational Church by Thom Rainer & Ed Stetzer audiobook, as part of christianaudio reviewer program.
This audibook is definitely not for ordinary Christians who just want to come every Sunday to the church and don’t care about what’s going on in their church. This book is more tailored to church pastors, elders, and leaders who care about their church and how to grow the church both quantitatively and qualitatively.
This is my personal review on the Justified by Faith Alone by R.C. Sproul audiobook, as part of christianaudio reviewer program. The Justified by Faith Alone explains the difference between Roman Catholics and Evangelical views on the concept of justification that exists back before the reformation era up til today.
